This privacy policy explains how Consultinghouse GWB (“Consultinghouse”, “we”) processes personal data when you use our website, contact forms, newsletter signup, and related online services.

Legal bases & purposes

We process data under GDPR Article 6(1)(b) for contact and mandate inquiries, Article 6(1)(f) for site security and analytics where balanced against your rights, and Article 6(1)(a) where you consent (e.g. optional marketing).

Sharing & retention

Visitors and clients in the United Arab Emirates

If you use this site from the United Arab Emirates, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) also applies to our processing of your personal data, alongside the GDPR that governs us as a German firm. Where a free-zone regime applies to you (such as the DIFC or ADGM data protection rules), the rights under that regime apply as well.

Personal data you give us through this site is processed by Consultinghouse GWB in Germany. The European Union provides a level of protection the UAE law recognises for transfers; we do not transfer your data elsewhere except to the service providers listed above, under contract.
